
Thomas
S. Quealy, Jr., President/Chief Operating Officer, received his
degree in economics and a certificate of minor in international business and
world trade from State University of New York at Buffalo. He joined the
company in 1989, is a member of the Investment Policy Committee,
and contributes to the formulation of the firm’s overall investment
strategy. In addition, Tom directs client service and business development
efforts, and serves as a facilitator to educate clients on market trends and
portfolio strategy.

Nicholas Verbanic,
Vice President/Portfolio
Manager, graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with an
economics degree. He joined the company in 1990 and serves on
the Investment Policy Committee. He is involved in business development for
the firm. Nick also specializes in interpreting and implementing client
investment objectives and helps to educate clients on market trends and
portfolio strategy.

Lawrence
V. Whistler, CFA, Vice President/Chief Investment Officer,
graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1990 with a degree in
Business Administration. He earned an MBA from Emory University in 1994 and
worked for Merrill Lynch's Capital Markets Group until 2004. Larry became a
CFA charterholder in 2003, joined the company in 2006 and heads up the Investment Policy Committee
and manages client portfolios.

Jeremy B. Beck,
Vice President/Portfolio Manager is the newest addition to the Nottingham team, having joined
the firm as a portfolio manager and member of the investment committee in
2008. Previously, Jeremy worked at First Niagara Trust and Investment Services
(formerly Niagara Investment Advisors) as a trader and then portfolio
manager from 1999-2008. Jeremy chaired the trust investment management
committee, and was responsible for the formulation and implementation of
investment related polices and procedures.

Christopher M. Hugar,
Research Analyst graduated from
Canisius College in Buffalo, New York in May. Chris will support the
portfolio managers in the development of investment themes and strategies as
well as the performance of initial research on individual equity and
exchange-traded fund opportunities.
